The following terms & conditions are deemed to have been accepted upon receipt of your deposit:

FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

Cash, cheque and all major credit cards accepted:

Merchant fee 2.2% -Visa/Mastercard
Merchant fee   3% – Amex/Diners

Personal cheques cannot be accepted within 10 working days of travel.

DEPOSIT

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $220.00 per person is required.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT

Full payment due 6 weeks prior to departure.

BOOKING FEES in addition to fees charges by the respective wholesalers or carriers.

The following levies will be applicable:

Domestic                $33.00 per sector

Trans Tasman         $55.00 per sector

Reissue (Dom.)       $55.00 per person

International            $33.00 per sector

Amendment            $33.00 per person

Reissue (Eletr.)       $75.00 per person (plus carrier’s fees)

F/F Application        $33.00 per person

F/F Redemption     $110.00 per person

ESTA                      $55.00 per person

 

CANCELLATION / REFUND

There will be NO REFUND of deposit or service not utilised:

*Prior to final payment: There will be no refund of any supplier deposit paid.

*After final payment: Cancellation fees charged by suppliers & travel agent will apply:

Cancellation fees – 10% of booking plus all charges and levies imposed by wholesalers and/or carriers.
